Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mapsboost.cc (the "Site") and any related products, dashboards, or services provided by MapsBoost ("MapsBoost," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are using the Services on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.

2. Description of Services

MapsBoost provides tools related to local search visibility, including but not limited to Google Business Profile tracking, local ranking reports, keyword monitoring, and optimization recommendations. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We may change subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
  • Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations, including Google's Business Profile and Maps policies;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services;
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services beyond what is provided through intended features;
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties without our written consent;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business listing information.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including Google Maps and Google Business Profile. Your use of those third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and integrations may be modified or discontinued if a third party changes its API or policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content (excluding your own data), are owned by MapsBoost or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

9. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of any business data, listings, or content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant MapsBoost a limited license to use, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or business outcomes, as search rankings are influenced by factors outside our control, including changes made by Google.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapsBoost and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MapsBoost and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services and cancel your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

14. Modifications to the Services or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us; unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and MapsBoost regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
