Last updated: October 2026. By creating an account or using MapsBoost, you agree to these terms.
1. What MapsBoost does
MapsBoost grades Google Business Profiles across 28 checks (profile foundation, reviews, content, website SEO) and generates AI-assisted fixes: business descriptions, FAQs, posts, and recommendations. Scores are estimates based on publicly available signals — they are guidance, not a guarantee of rankings. Google alone decides rankings, and no tool can promise positions.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Register with accurate details and keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person or business unless you hold an Agency plan for client work. We may suspend accounts that are flagged for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
3. Free preview
Anyone may run an anonymous audit preview without an account. Previews are never saved, and creating an account is required to keep history, generate AI content, or export reports.
4. Plans, audits, and AI credits
Free, Pro, Growth, and Agency tiers differ by businesses monitored, audits per month, monthly AI credits, and PDF/white-label features, as shown on the pricing page. Each billing cycle resets audit counters and refills AI credits to the plan allowance — unused audits and credits do not roll over. Each AI generation deducts credits (see current costs in-app); when credits run out, generation pauses until the next cycle or an upgrade.
5. Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy (our payment processors — we never see or store card numbers). Subscriptions renew each billing cycle until cancelled via the billing portal. Cancel anytime; paid time is not prorated. Refunds follow our Refund Policy page, including the 14-day do-the-work guarantee.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; upload unlawful or infringing business data; abuse rate limits or probe the service for vulnerabilities; resell access or white-label reports except on the Agency plan; or use audit outputs to spam, deceive, or stuff keywords into Google listings in violation of Google's guidelines.
7. AI content disclaimer
AI-generated descriptions, FAQs, posts, and recommendations can contain errors. Review everything before publishing to your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for what you publish and for keeping your listing compliant with Google's policies.
8. Public data and share links
Audits run on publicly available listing data. Audit reports you explicitly share via link become accessible to anyone holding the link — treat share links like passwords.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, with paid-but-unused time refunded pro-rata at our discretion. You may delete your account anytime from settings: this permanently removes your profiles, audits, and generated content. Billing and support records may be retained as required by law.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for ranking changes, lost revenue, or Google policy actions on your listings.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
